Not very exciting, unachievable targets, team members kept leaving, impossible to start building anything, HR is atrocious, no benefits. It is very challenging as very little training and support is provided. However if you're successful it is definitely worth it with bonus. Team members are usually great as everyone is helpding each other to cope.

If you are in sales its good - as the money is good, especially if you have some team management responsibilities. You don't really need to work either. Great experience...they let you do anything in sales, but limit your time there...hardly anyone knows of this company, and it wont impress on your CV. In my opinion the company is going down - the number of negative comments I got from recruiters about the company far exceeded the positives
