One of the least friendly places I've worked. Most of the day you'd sit in total silence and it was rare for anyone in your own team to even acknowledge you'd turned up. On a couple of occasions when there was conversation, racist and homophobic jokes could be overheard.
Pay was average for the role but holiday was limited. Sick days were unpaid and you'd be pushed to taking these from your holiday.
Projects were boring and overly complex and there was no attention paid to usability. There was a very rigid structure which meant the opportunity to change things or show initiative was non-existant.
